This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") sets out how Scientific Technologies LLC (the UZSCINET brand, hereinafter the "Operator", "we") collects, stores and processes the personal data of users of the uzsci.net website. Processing is carried out in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Personal Data" (ZRU-547).
1. General provisions
The Policy governs how the Operator handles the personal data it receives from the User while the website and its services are used.
- Please read carefully: before using the site, we recommend reading the terms of this Policy.
- Opting out: if you do not agree with the terms of data processing, you should stop using the site.
- Limitation of liability: the Operator is not responsible for the safekeeping or use of data that you transfer to third parties yourself on external resources or by following external links.
2. Data we process
Data you provide voluntarily (when submitting the request form on the site):
- name;
- contact phone number;
- the selected service and your message (optional);
- when the calculator is used — the configuration and total attached to the request.
Technical data (collected automatically):
- device and browser information, IP address;
- local settings stored in your browser (e.g. the chosen colour theme).
We do not run advertising, analytics or cross-site tracking (visitor counters, click tracking).
3. Purposes of collection and processing
Data is processed solely to keep the Operator's services working properly and securely, namely to:
- handle and respond to your request;
- calculate service costs and provide consultation;
- contact you using the details you left;
- ensure information security and prevent unauthorised access;
- carry out analytical and statistical research based on strictly anonymised data.
Data is kept only for as long as necessary to achieve these purposes, unless the law provides otherwise.
4. Processing conditions and data protection
The Operator complies with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Personal Data" and other relevant regulations on information protection.
- Security: we apply a set of organisational and technical measures (including storing data in the Operator's own Tier III-class data centre in Tashkent) to protect against unlawful access, copying or disclosure.
- Legal basis: processing is carried out on the basis of your consent, given when you submit the form; without consent the request cannot be sent.
- Disclosure to third parties does not take place, except:
- with your explicit consent;
- to respond promptly, a request is forwarded to the responsible employee of the Operator, including via the Telegram messenger (this may involve a cross-border transfer of the contact details you provided to the relevant service operator);
- at the official request of authorised state bodies in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
5. Changes to the Policy
The Operator may update and amend this Policy unilaterally (including where the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan changes).
- Entry into force: a new version takes effect 3 (three) days after its publication on the site.
- Expiry: once a new version takes effect, the previous version is deemed to have expired.
- Agreement to changes: continued use of the site after the Policy is updated means you agree to the changes.
6. User rights (data subject)
Within the applicable law, you have the right to:
- request information about what data of yours is processed and for what purposes;
- request corrections — update, change or supplement your data if it is inaccurate or out of date;
- withdraw consent and request deletion of your data (the "right to be forgotten") where it is no longer needed to provide services or to meet legal requirements.

7. Data localisation and physical storage
In compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan (in particular Article 27-1 of the Law "On Personal Data"), the Operator ensures that the collection, systematisation and storage of the personal data of citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan is carried out on technical means (servers) located within the Republic of Uzbekistan — in the Operator's own data centre in Tashkent. We do not carry out cross-border transfer of your sensitive data to jurisdictions that do not provide adequate protection.
8. Cookie policy
The site uses your browser's local storage to save your settings (e.g. the colour theme) and may use third-party components (e.g. the Yandex Maps widget) that set their own cookies.
- Strictly necessary technologies keep the site working and secure.
- Third-party cookies may be set by embedded components (the map).
We do not run advertising, analytics or cross-site tracking. You can manage cookies in your browser settings; disabling third-party components may limit certain features (e.g. displaying the map).
9. Age restrictions
The Operator's services are intended for organisations and adult users. The site is not intended for persons under 18; we do not knowingly collect the data of minors. If such data is found to have been submitted, it will be deleted.
